Project Brief:

Rizq Financial Technologies (RFT) ia a new neobank in the ethical finance sector.  With impending FCA certification and a ripe market to speak to, RFT put out a tender to find a finance marketing agency that could come in at a high level to work with the C suite to build processes, systems and advice on a go to market strategy.

In October 2021, YouYaa was selected to provide financial marketing cosultancy, marketing support and advice across all of RTFs business functions.

Gather all information

The first three days were used to understand the RFT:

  • Business model
  • Business plan
  • Offering
  • Unique selling point
  • Current marketing activity
  • Recent successes and failures
  • Objectives, goals and KPIs

Find Solution & Solve it

Extensive market research and analysis of the traditional banking sector and the neobank market was conducted to position RFT in the correct sector with its unique proposition.

Daily meetings with the CEO and weekly meetings with the senior management team ensured YouYaa was integral to the business communications and no new initiatives were missed.

Monthly KPIs and 3-month targets were set up to ensure continuous improvement and development.
